Container Discharge Units for Crane

The KINSHOFER container discharge attachments with ring or KINSHOFER mushroom system are characterised by short cycle times and an attractive acquisition price. Containers can be emptied even faster and more cost effectively with a one-man operation.

Depending on the type, the units can either discharge containers with ring or Kinshofer mushroom system. 

The KM 921 combi-unit can discharge both kinds of containers. 
The units feature a protection against damage of the container by an automatic lift stop and are partly equipped with an additional height control system.

The KM 920-1 is available in two versions: A and B, whereat version A has a load capacity of up to 4500 kg / 9900 lbs, version B only up to 2500 kg / 5500 lbs.

All container discharge units are equipped with a KINSHOFER rotator for a precise positioning and always come with an upper suspension including pendulum damper to guarantee a safe working. 

The hydraulic hook KM 920-4 is ideal for handling containers and loads with ring system.

Especially for the handling of pallet forks with vertical crane hook suspension or for loads with ring system is the KM 920-5, available in two versions: with additional load hook (B) or without (C).

Docking device KM 924 allows the discharge unit to be hydraulically docked and locked onto the crane jib.

The KM 920-31 is new to the range of container discharge units and is equipped with a twin-hook to discharge deposit containers with system Schäfer.

KM 920-31 always comes as complete ready-to-fit package: discharge unit, rotator, short hoses, upper suspension with pendulum damper, non-return and pressure relief valves. 
The unit is suited for deposit containers with Schäfer system and features a low overall height and robust mechanics.
